Delivery in France

The Classic delivery is offered for all orders over 79€ (inclusive taxes).

For all orders amounting to less than 79€, 5.99€ (inclusive taxes) will be billed for the Colissimo delivery. If you wish an express delivery with Chronopost, the delivery costs will amount to 24€.

Security and confidentiality

We guaranty the protection of your personal data. We are well aware of the fact that our customers trust us with the protection of their personal information and we dedicate great care to this issue.

We set up procedures and a physical and electronic security system to guaranty the protection of your personal data. For instance, the secure payment utility CyberPlus is based on the SSL protocol (Secure Socket Layer), so that the transferred information are encrypted by a software. Another person cannot read these information while they are being carried on the network.

Unfortunately, despite all our efforts, there is always a risk that another person intercepts some information. This risk exists on the Internet in general. As a consequence, we cannot guaranty the protection of all given information. Therefore, you give these information at your own risks.

Free samples

For each order completed on mademoiselle-bio.com, one or several free samples are included, as long as stocks last.

If you wish to discover one particular product, please tell us so in the window labelled “Comment on your order” while placing your order. We will try to give you full satisfaction. Unfortunately, some products are not available as samples.

Samples are produced in limited quantities. Consequently, we cannot re-ship if they are damaged, if they do not meet your expectations or if one is missing in the parcel. Samples cannot be sold. You can receive free samples only if you have ordered online.

 

Delighted or paid back


Product returns

We accept returns of products bought on mademoiselle-bio.com, if they are sent within 7 days after receiving the parcel. In order to be paid-back as quickly as possible, please return the products as soon as you decide on not keeping them. Shipping costs for returning products are to be taken charge of on your side. Initial delivery costs will not be paid-back.

The products must be returned to Mademoiselle Bio in a perfect state for sale, in their original state (packaging, accessories, explanatory leaflet…), sealed and with a return number.

In order to return an item, please follow these instructions:

1 – Contact the customer service

In order to return an item, you have to contact Mademoiselle Bio first, in order to get a return number. You can contact us by e-mail at the following address: serviceclients[at]mademoisellebio.com, specifying the number of your order and the reference of the item(s) you wish to return.

2 – Return the item(s) by post

As soon as you get a return number, you can send the parcel to the following address:

Please note that we do not accept parcels with shipping costs which are still to be paid, nor parcels sent without return number.

We will then need up to 30 working days to process your pay-back demand. We will inform you by phone or e-mail of the processing. The pay-back will be done by check. For further information, please contact our customer service.

 

Exchanges

For now, you cannot exchange any product purchased on mademoiselle-bio.com. You have to return the items and complete another order.

Free gift wrappin

We offer your gift wraps

To present your gift as prettily as possible, we offer free gift wrapping. All you need do is ask for a gift wrap in a comment while ordering.

We personalize your gifts

We also offer you the possibility to enclose a personal message with your gift. To benefit from this facility, please note your message in a comment while ordering. It will be scripted on a card enclosed with your parcel.

We send wrapped gifts directly to the addressee


Sometimes, distance will prevent you from giving your gifts in person. We therefore send your gift directly to the addressee. We are careful not to enclose any invoice or sales wording with the parcel.

My fidelity card

The Mademoiselle Bio fidelity card changes all your purchases into points and gifts.

For each Euro spent on the site (not including the shipping costs), you gain ten points.

Once you have 1500 points, you can request a 10% discount on the day of your choice.

This fidelity card is a virtual card. It is automatically created at your first order and enables you to collect points each time you complete an order on mademoiselle-bio.com. You can see how many points you have by visiting the ‘My account’ section.

How can you benefit from your 10%-off fidelity day?

As soon as you have collected 1500 points, contact the customer service in order to give the day on which you would like to order with your 10% discount. Please contact the customer service at least 48 hours before the day you chose for your Fidelity Day.

On the day of your discount, log onto the Mademoiselle Bio website and complete your order as per usual. You will automatically benefit from the 10% discount. The discount does not include shipping costs.

Meanwhile, please note that you cannot collect additional points with your Fidelity Order.

Varied payment means


Cash cards

We accept the following cash cards: Visa, MasterCard.

Mademoiselle Bio uses a secured payment system, CyberPlus Paiement, an online payment facility provided by the French bank Banque Populaire. This system is based on the SSL protocol (Secure Socket Layer), meaning that transferred information is encrypted by a software program to prevent anyone else accessing your information while being transferred online.

Orders are prepared as soon as the bank has validated the payment.

 

Bank or giro checks

Mademoiselle Bio accepts bank and giro cheques. Only cheques issued by a French bank are accepted. To ship your order as quickly as possible, please send your cheque to the following address:

Cheques should be made out to CBO and the number of your order should be written on the back of the cheque.

Mademoiselle Bio will ship products after cashing the cheque corresponding to the order. It is possible to cancel the order before sending your cheque. All you need do is send an e-mail to the following address: customerservice[at]mademoisellebio.com, specifying the number of your order.

Bank transfer or money order

If you wish to pay by bank transfer or money order, please make it out to the bank information given while ordering.

For all bank transfers, please inform the customer service of your payment by sending an e-mail to the following address: serviceclients[at]mademoisellebio.com

Mademoiselle Bio will send the products as soon as the funds corresponding to the amount of the purchase are received.

PayPal

We accept payments via PayPal. Once you are on the payment page, click on the PayPal icon in order to connect to ypur PayPal account.

Cash

Mademoiselle Bio does not accept cash as online payment method.

Anti-fraud policy

Each of the forms of payment accepted by Mademoiselle Bio is verified. Mademoiselle Bio reserves the right to refuse the processing of a transaction, sale or shipping should fraudulent or illegal activity be suspected.
